Welcome to Project Reform 2.
As you can see, The Chill Out is close to extinction.
But with this project, let's keep our hopes down for that.
Here are some ideas that may help us in this project. Feel free to post yours and it may be put into this thread.
Advertising
We are not advertising at all anymore. Probably because most forums don't allow advertising and we are good kids.
Post advertising hotspots here where each user will go there and post one topic about The Chill Out.
Administrators please mind this as I am not benefited in any way.

Contests
If we put something up for grabs people may come. It would be appreciated if you donate something to us.
Different Subject
Being a General Discussion forum may not be too catchy for some users. If this forum aims on a different subject, maybe those type of users will come.
Club Penguin has been declined by the majority of users.
Staying as a general discussion forum.
Chewit Dude?
Well Chewit Dude (maybe Kelly) has unexpectedly returned to check on us. I am sure it is Kelly. If any of them stay with us for a while with Chewit's account our old users may start to come back and maybe even new ones.
Chewit Dude has left.
Newsletter
This idea is specifically for the staff.
If we send a
newsletter to all users that Chewit Dude is back and is staying for a
while, we could get our old users back. Forumotion has been a bit buggy
lately with the newsletters so please send it to all users to check if
it actually gets sent.
Referral System
A referral system is great for encouraging users to advertise to get us users. PC may be elaborating to code us one.

With the current users we have, we need to show off a good role to guests who come and visit us.
